Returns Policy / Procedure
The aim of this returns policy is to make the process of resolving issues quickly, and to provide replacement goods or refunds in a timely manner. Please follow this procedure to help us, help you.
Unwanted Goods:
If you have received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return the goods to us for a full refund (less 10% re-stocking fee* less the initial post & packing charges at time of purchase. We do not reimburse postage and packing costs incurred by you when you return the goods to us.
Under UK Distance Seller Rules A full refund is given if you cancel your order within 7 days of delivery or attempted delivery to your nominated address. Outside of 7 days the above charges are made.
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
The goods are returned in a brand new unopened and unused condition.
You inform us via email (using the contact page on this site) of your wish to cancel within seven working days of receipt of your order.
Providing that;
You arrange for safe return delivery at your cost. We will give you the address when you contact us.
You must obtain a returns authorization number (RAN) before returning any goods. Returned goods without a RAN will be refused. Any and all associated costs incurred due to refusal will be your full responsibility.
Returned goods must be returned by recorded delivery or similar service where a signature is needed, your original receipt must be included with the goods. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery.
Goods must be returned within 30 days of invoice. You are responsible for returning the goods in a re-saleable condition, unused and in its original packaging (Cellophane wrapping must be intact). We therefore urge you to ensure packaging is adequate for the goods being returned.
All of the above criteria are to be met by you.
* Restocking fee covers costs associated with credit card refund and charges, checking, handling and administration where applicable.
This Returns Policy does not apply to any downloadable product or item on this site. No Returns or refunds are possible with any downloads once the download has been received by you. Our system monitors delivery and download activation.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Quality is assured at Healthy Audio Hypnosis. Should you experience a problem with your recording; an exchange or refund will be offered if the goods do not comply with the Sale of Goods Act 1995 (UK).
We reserve the right to establish proof of purchase and to send any returned product (at our cost) to the manufacturer for testing before proceeding with any refund, repair or exchange, this may take up to 14 working days from receipt.
Should no error or problem be identified we reserve the right to invoice you for any time or costs associated with the investigation up to the purchase price of the program or component.
Returns Procedure:

Please email us for a returns authorization number (RAN - using the contact up form on this site) and provide details of the goods you wish to return, along with, the reason for the return, including CD, track and time of any problem, and your telephone number. We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the quickest way to proceed.
Returns Procedure, (Including Distance Selling Rules)
Please email us for a returns authorization number (RAN) by using the contact form on this site and provide details of the goods you wish to return. In addition you will need to provide your full name and address, and order number quoted on your receipt at time of purchase. Your contact details including email address.
You will receive from us a unique Returns Authorization Number (RAN) which must be quoted on the reverse of the packaging.
You will be sent the nearest address for your area to return the product to. We will refund your postage subject to an official receipt from your carrier. We suggest Signature mail, where we sign for the goods you return. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery. Maximum amount refunded will be no more than the equivalent of the costs of sending the goods to you. It is your responsibility to ensure goods are packed to prevent damage and returned to us in a re-stockable condition.
